01 — At a glance
This contract aims to compensate students for damage of which they may be victims or authors during school life. Civil liability applies inside and outside the institution, during all activities under its control, and on the home-to-institution journey.
Contractual benefit covers
On death: a capital sum payable to the victim's parents or, failing that, to legal heirs, amount set in the particular conditions. On total permanent incapacity: a capital sum paid according to a number of conditions.
