01
What the law says
The law requires a minimum insurance for every motor vehicle: two-, three-, four-wheeled or more, equipped with an engine. As soon as you take possession of a vehicle, a contract specific to that vehicle is required.
02
Third-party cover
Minimum compulsory cover. It compensates only damage caused to third parties — other road users and passengers of the insured vehicle — and covers neither the driver nor the vehicle.
03
Complementary covers
Beyond civil liability, the contract can cover third-party property, collision damage, theft, fire, broken glass, assistance, and defence and recourse. The formula matrix shows exactly what each pack includes.
04
Two-wheelers and utility vehicles
Beyond compulsory third-party liability, packs can include legal protection, theft and fire. Assistance services (breakdown, towing) and personal accident cover can complete the contract.
